How long should I use it?
Use only the session duration, settings and frequency in the instructions supplied with Éclat. Do not substitute the routine recommended for another brand’s device.
Is Éclat suitable for me?
Read the supplied suitability and eye-protection guidance before use. If you have a medical condition, take medicines that can cause light sensitivity, or are unsure whether light therapy suits your skin, check with a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing.
When will it arrive?
UK standard delivery is free. Allow an estimated 3–4 weeks for Éclat: dispatch in 3–5 days, followed by around 15 days in transit. We send tracking when your parcel is dispatched. Timing is estimated rather than guaranteed.
Will my skincare arrive with the mask?
Our beauty devices and daily care are handled by separate fulfilment teams. Care products usually arrive in 6–9 working days, including preparation; Éclat usually arrives in 3–4 weeks. Orders containing both may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
